DDL Concentrator collects and transmits data from the front-end electronics to the DDL inks with 48 Mb/s average, useful input bandwidth. Its designed to help the implementation of DDL links in data aquisition systems with lower bandwidth and higher number of input channels at the front-end.One example of such a systems is the single computer data acquisition (DAQ) system of the SHINE (NA61) experiment at CERN. |
